The purpose of a FNC is to use food as a natural medicine to heal the gut, correct nutrient deficiency and restore balance.

What is the initial consult?

This is where we have a consultation so I can learn about you and the health condition that concerns you.  I carefully assess your unique situation and needs.  I can then recommend a food first philosophy and create a natural health improvement program to support your goals through diet and lifestyle modifications.

What is the follow up consult?

This is when we check in to see how you are tracking, we can see how your body is responding and make recommendations accordingly.
